While we make every effort to display current available registration marks we cannot accept responsibility for failed purchases due to the mark being previously sold to a third party or an error in the mark being advertised. Claims for damages, loss or other expenses cannot be considered.

We require FULL payment at the time of purchase for all registration marks.

All number plate marks are sold subject to availability.

All prices quoted are subject to a DVLA Transfer Fee and VAT where applicable.

Any deposit or part payment taken is non-refundable. It will reserve the registration mark for no more than 2 weeks pending full payment and correct documentation to complete the transfer.

Registration marks cannot be purchased to make a vehicle appear NEWER that they are therefore it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the registration mark is suitable for the said vehicle.

Delivery of all documentation and registration certificates will be made via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for Delivery.

Registration marks are supplied specific to the buyer’s requirements and are regarded as personal items and therefore cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refundable. Due to this the purchaser agrees to the waiver of the 7-day cooling of period associated with the distance selling regulations amendment of sale of Goods Act.

This agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
